Could use a bit more zest to it, there's quite a few instances where the backgrounds look too flat or there's no animation at all. But you're on your way.

Wow. That was a colorful stylised treat. While the character designs are mostly okay, the animation patches up any perceived shortcoming in them. The glowing effects are not overdone, and the actual is incredible well made.

Your audio is decent, but the real gem is the animation and design. It is a well made film, not simply a cartoon. The fact that it doesn't look 100% cleaned up actually adds to it - I like the grittiness as it lends a special quality to it.
